2 What data we collect

Data you provide. When you fill in the contact form, we collect the information you type: name, email, WhatsApp number (when provided), company (when provided) and the message you send.

Data collected automatically. As you browse, we collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you interact with the site. This data helps us understand the site’s performance and measure our campaigns.

3 Cookies and measurement technologies

We use first-party and third-party cookies. Measurement cookies are only activated after you accept them in the cookie notice shown on the site. You can accept or decline, and you can change your mind at any time.

When you submit the form with consent active, some contact details may be shared in hashed (encrypted) form with Meta to measure the conversion. Without your consent, this sharing does not happen.

4 How we use your data

5 Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the legal bases set out in the LGPD, according to the purpose:

6 Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that make our operation possible, such as the CRM platform we use to organise enquiries, and with Google and Meta when you consent to measurement. These providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we seek to ensure that international transfers carry appropriate safeguards, as required by the LGPD.

7 How long we keep your data

We keep contact data for as long as necessary to handle your request and the commercial relationship, and thereafter for the period required by legal obligations. Browsing data is retained for the periods defined in the measurement tools. When there is no longer a need or a legal basis, the data is deleted or anonymised.

8 Your rights

The LGPD grants you, among others, the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation or deletion, request portability, obtain information about sharing, and withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also withdraw cookie consent by clearing your browser cookies or by using the site’s cookie notice again.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), through the website gov.br/anpd.

9 Security

We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Even so, no system is entirely free of risk, and we undertake to act transparently should a relevant incident occur.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
